Returns & Cancellation

Returns: We guarantee a full money back refund without questions if you are dissatisfied in any way prior to the product being opened. (Notification within 7 days of receipt please). We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used.

Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product. If there is any defect in the product on receipt, once opened, then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time. Please send back with the following:-

Name & address, e-mail address, Original order number, Reason for return.

Please e-mail us at info@skincaredirect.com.au so we can inform you where to send and arrange the refund.

Please note we can only refund the total cost of goods. All the shipping cost incurred for returning of goods should be at the customer's expense.

Cancellations: Due to the order processing of our web site we cannot accept cancellations. Please make sure you select your products carefully.
