Are all products displayed on the SkincareDirect.com.au site 100% fresh and genuine?

Yes, all products sold on the SkincareDirect.com.au site are 100% fresh and genuine. Each product has come from original manufacturer for that particular brand. There are no copies, fakes, imitations or old stock.

What about out of stock items?

If a product is out of stock it will not show on the site. The site is updated 3 times per day so as soon as the product is back in stock it will appear on the site.

Are my details secure?

Yes absolutely, SkincareDirect.com.au pride themselves on offering a safe shopping environment for clients. SkincareDirect.com.au uses Westpac to process credit card transactions and uses Web Advantage 3-D Secure & Fraud Guard as their Payment Gateway. SkincareDirect.com.au do not sell, rent or pass on any of your details to other parties.

How long will it take to get my order?

SkincareDirect.com.au allows 4- 7 working days for delivery all around the world - this is just a rough guide as delivery times will vary depending on the service in your area. For Normal, delivery times are 4-10 working days.

Does SkincareDirect.com.au ship to P O Box Addresses?

Yes, we do send to P O box numbers, however we are unable to provide tracking for this type of delivery. We prefer a physical day time address, but where this is not suitable a P O Box number can be used.

Will there be any taxes/customs duties?

All orders to Australia will not attract any duty. However, this may not be the case with orders over AUD 800. The customer is deemed the importer of the goods and is therefore liable for any customs duty/taxes.

What payment methods are available through the Web site?

SkincareDirect.com.au accepts Credit Card Payments, such as Master Card, Visa and American Express.

Can I return a product I'm not happy with?

SkincareDirect.com.au will only accept returns if the product ordered is damaged in some way in transit. Choose carefully when you go to order as no refund is allowed for a product that is ordered with no flaw.

SkincareDirect.com.au needs to be notified within 7 days of purchase. The goods can not be returned if they have been opened.
